No. Finishes is part of our name. We work only on heating, ventilation and air conditioning.
Do you work on homes as well as buildings?
Yes. Commercial work comes first for us, and homes get the same care: repairs, heat pumps, ductless, ducts and maintenance.
Water is coming through a ceiling tile. What now?
Move anything valuable, catch the drip and call. It is usually a blocked condensate drain on the unit above. Our water leaks page helps narrow it down.
Can you maintain several units or buildings?
Yes. We keep each unit on a schedule with its own record, and send a written note after every visit.
Will I get a price before work starts?
Yes. Repairs are priced in writing after diagnosis, and replacements are proposed in writing.
Can you work outside business hours?
For commercial sites, rooftop and planned work can often be scheduled around your opening hours. Ask when you call.
